AGME designs and manufactures cost effective and innovative special purpose machines for assembling components with riveting technology. This customized machine is composed of a rotary transfer with 6 workstations where the following processes are performed: - Manual loading of components - Components presence control - Riveting of four different positions - Assembled parts automatic unloading The main technical features of this rotary transfer are: - Steel welded frame - Six workstations dial plate - Different sets of fixtures - Photoelectric barriers for protecting the operator - Laser with inductive and optic sensors - 2 AGME RR16UC riveting units - Riveting Quality Assurance Systems - Robot and pneumatic manipulations systems for assembled part unloading - Electric components: cabinet and "Siemens" plc - Pneumatic components - Ramp and conveyor belt
