Constant parameters monitoring with AGME modules with electric presses
AGME designs and manufactures special machines with electric presses where there is a constant parameters monitoring in order to get a higher quality control. The programming is done very easily with the keyboards and LCD screen. It is easy to use even for novice programmers. The applied force, position, pressing time and speed can be controlled and evaluated by indications introduced by the user.In this module the applied force is 120 Kn (12 tons). The electro presses are electric and don´t need any other power source pneumatic and hydraulic. The maximum stroke is 200 mm, with increases of 0,001 mm. Its advance speed without load is 150 mm/seg and its advance speed under load is 35 mm/seg.The programmable maximum pressing period under maximum load is 10 sg. The programmable time period is 0-99,9 sg. The repeatability: + 0,005 mm.In addition to a higher quality control this AGME modules enable a safety increase, energy save, cleannes and high precision.
