AGME riveting machines with results analysis AC-PC tool
AGME riveting machines with AC Quality Assurance Systems guarantee the final riveting quality by controlling the main riveting process parameters through tolerances system or/and envelope curves. It has a capacity for 40 configurable programs and makes a statistical data analysis with software for PC. The AC System gets the numerical results of contact, force, time, distance, position and riveted head height. In this way, the presence and the rivet height, the pressure and the wearing or riveting tool breakage are controlled. After the riveting process there is an OK or NOK evaluation of each riveted part. Additionally, it has software for PC named AC-PC tool that makes a statistical analysis and a test report of each riveting machine. The communication is via Ethernet. The results storage is done in csv. files: one per day and per riveting machine. In this way, we get the results of date and time, program, working mode, programmed returned value, initial and final positions, force, time, height, and riveting distance. With this software it can be done a statistical analysis of up to 50 samples and we can get the following values: CMK, media, variance, sigma, minimum and maximum. In addition the measures distribution curve and the test report in jpg format are obtained in a simple way.
