AGME launches its new AC riveting quality assurance system
AGME has recently launched the AC quality assurance system. This system guarantees an optimum riveting process.There are many improvements that have been implemented in this system:- Easier to use- Four control parameters- Teaching mode and envelope mode- Differential pressure reading- More than 40 configurable programs- Ethernet connectionThe AC1 and AC2 quality assurance systems monitor and control the process by detecting and evaluating the rivet presence, pressure, time, distance, riveting tool wearing and riveted head height.This system is developed for the final user. It is simple and intuitive and controls the main parameters. Its high precision and response speed guarantee a total riveting quality control.It is optional in all AGME riveting machines, hydraulic riveters and pneumatic riveters.There are four working modes and four possible control parameters: riveting distance, time, force, riveted head height.
