Cost-effective AGME special machines for grease spraying
AGME designs and manufactures special purpose machines for grease application on components in a very neat and precise way. This implies an important grease saving. In this workstation, first four grease lines are applied on a guide component and then the machine continues to grease two other parts before assembling in the following station. In this case, the greasing technology applied is the spraying. This greasing technique is based on a contact free application and an extremely precise grease quantities' adjustment. This technique makes possible to grease components surfaces with different shapes and positions: dots, lines, areas, drill holes, exterior and/or interior part, and at different angles if necessary. These systems are generally composed of spraying valves and/or hand-held pistols. In this special machine, each spraying valve has an adjustable nozzle with an extension to be able to reach difficult access points. It also includes pressure measuring and control systems. In this way, the air bubbles are detected easily. Other optional verification systems are the optic sensors and needle and flow control devices. The grease is stored in a tank and thanks to a tandem grease pump system the barrels can be changed without stopping the assembly machine.
