New AC1 Quality Assurance Systems in AGME riveting machines
New AC quality assurance systems have been recently incorporated to AGME riveting machines. The AC1 system monitors and controls the riveting process by detecting and evaluating the rivet presence and its height, the applied pressure during the process and the riveting tool wearing or breakage.The return can be done selecting the time, force, position or taking into account the riveting distance. The numerical results of the final force, contact, time, riveting distance and final position can be also obtained. The parameters control is performed using tolerances and/or envelope curvesWith all these data this AC1 quality assurance system evaluates each processed part OK and NOK in a simple way, controlling the most important parameters.This system has been developed for the final user. Its high precision and response speed guarantee a quality total control. Furthermore, it can be incorporated to any kind of pneumatic or hydraulic riveting machine.
