These hydraulic presses control the crimping process in order to achieve the parts´ homogeneity and minimize the cycle time. This crimping module consists of: -One AGME hydraulic press model PH15 -Flattening tools -Two units with their tooling to penetrate the tube driven by pneumatic cylinders -Four 10 Tn hydraulic units with their individual axes and mechanical stops -Two hydraulic power packs -Pneumatic components -Electric components: Power elements Siemens Control by plc Siemens Automation S7-300 Tactile operating board "Siemens ref TP-177B" -One OK ejection ramp and Automatic eduction to a ramp the OK parts and with NOK parts selection to a box Process Description: - The operator loads the tube manually into the machine - Pushing the button: The security systems is activated - Inserting two axes/dies inside the tube to allow the correct deformation from the inside - The hydraulic press PH-15 advances together with 4 hydraulic cylinders to carry out the crimping operation. - The press and the cylinders return to their initial position - Two axes/dies return and release the tube - Automatic unloading to one ejection ramp with OK/ NO OK part selector
