Company Insurance Certificates
The Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 can into effect on 1st October 2008. These regulations allow employers to make certificates available electronically and also remove the requirement on employers to retain insurance certificates for 40 years.
