2 new cocktails to try at home. Apart from making cocktails for our clients, we also like developing new drinks. Well somebody has to do this, don't they ?! It's not just going to happen on it's own is it ? So into the drinks laboratory we go and out come the bottles and the shakers and a touch of inspiration - hopefully !2 we made up recently are the Woo Woo cocktail and our own newly created concoction the Sandbar. In our picture the Woo Woo is the gorgeous rose coloured drink and the Sandbar is the Carribean influenced yellow one. To try these, read our recipes ...Woo Woo cocktail - is one we've read about recently as it seems to be a modern classic. To make your own Woo Woo you take 1 1/2 msrs Archers peach schnapps, 1 1/2 msrs vodka, and 3 msrs cranberry juice. Shake with ice and pour.Sandbar - is one we've created for a client who wanted a Malibu based drink for her forthcoming party where we will be shaking and making in Birmingham. This is also easy to make at home with 1 1/2 msrs Malibu, 1 1/2 msrs gold rum and 3 msrs pineapple juice. Shake with ice and pour.Try these and let us know what you think.
