Jazz and Improvised Piano with James Taylor
This workshop provides a new approach, enabling any pianist possessing basic technical skills to improvise and is also suitable for anyone who teaches jazz. It's all about finding chords and modes rather than the more conventional theory based method.About James:James Taylor has been Head of Jazz Piano at Shrewsbury School for over a decade, teaching many students at many different levels. A number of these students have become professional musicians and all of the students can now sit down and improvise at the piano. Cost of Day: £60, includes light lunch and refreshments.
