Preston Guild 2012
Preston Guild is always a big celebration because it only occurs every 25 years. So I couldn't let this Guild pass me by without my business taking part. Myself and several of my students spent months preparing choreographies for not just one procession, but several (we also performed in the Caribbean Carnival and the Penwortham Gala, as well as the Community and Torchlight Guild Processions). I also had to make the banner which would be paraded behind us as we danced. All the processions were great and we all had fun doing them, even despite the cold and wet weather which we experienced earlier in the year.
