Penwortham Gala 2016
Despite getting absolutely drenched I think we did a pretty good job at dancing our way through the streets of Penwortham. Sadly, the weather just wasn't on our side. It started raining before we even began, with such gusto that I lost a false eyelash on the starting line. Still, we kept smiling and dancing for the crowds who, despite the weather, had come out in support. Still, it was nice to finally end the torture and get home to a hot bath and a cup of coffee.
