Inside the hotel's very substantial Victorian shell everything has been refitted, redecorated and refurbished. The bedrooms are beautifully carpeted and elegantly furnished throughout, offering comfortable divan beds and excellent ensuite facilities. Each bedroom has a TV, hospitality tray, hair dryer and heated towel rail. The bedrooms vary with Sea View Rooms and Premium Rooms available in twin, double or single layout. In addition, the hotel also boasts two Superior Rooms on the ground floor overlooking the bay with lounge area and excellent ensuite facilities. At the rear there are seven Superior Rooms in the Alexandra Apartments which are the largest in the company and suit those who come by car and need private parking. They have a fantastic specification. The Alexandra Hotel has a superb and large swimming pool, which is open every day. So bring your best swimming costumes and put a few lengths in! The pool is open exclusively to Highland Heritage customers only.
