The Dalmally Hotel
All the large bedrooms feature comfortable divan beds and have their own en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail. Furnishings are modern and crisp and the rooms come well equipped with tea making facilities, hair dryer, TV and controlled heating. A number of Superior and Premium twin/double rooms are also available. The Dalmally Hotel is set over four floors serviced by a modern lift. Its spectacular public areas are brimming with plants and flowers, all year round. The dining room and lounge can seat 200 people comfortably. For your entertainment, there's also a dance floor, bar, and quiet room with free WiFi. Outside, flower lovers are welcome to enjoy the delights of the gardening department at the rear of the hotel, where you can see the work in progress as we prepare all the plants for display. It's a riot of colour in May! There are several good walks from the hotel. The famous salmon river, the River Orchy, flows down the Strath and the favourite morning stroll is passed the ancient medieval church yard, down to the 250-year-old bridge to watch for salmon, trout and otter. Dalmally developed over the centuries as a stopping place for the cattle drovers of old, and more recently as a small agricultural centre, boasting its very own famous market for livestock. It also boasts a great Shinty team, and a good pub as well!
