Crew Training
At Field and Lawn Marquees we take health and safety seriously and in order to keep up our high standards crew training is now underway:- First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheel, Forklift Training, Risk Assessment Training, Ladder Training, IOSH, CAT Scan. All of our site staff will also be going through a rigorous quality management programme to challenge them with different scenarios to ensure they are prepared for anything which they may encounter on site. As part of this training all of our site staff this week are being assessed on both the theory and practical building of a 20m x 45m clearspan structure complete with a levelled cassette flooring, hard sides and glazed doors. Once built this will be scrutinised by our senior management to ensure that it is up to the quality that we pride ourselves on before dismantling safely and moving onto the next part of their training. We are always looking for experienced marquee riggers, junior and senior foremen and with our training running right through until the end of April, now would be a good time to get on board.
