Intermediate Apprenticeship - IT User (Application Specialist)
This is a 12 month programme and all elements must be completed in order to achieve an IT User Apprenticeship. The Diploma is designed for people who are working in an IT role and this can apply to a variety of disciplines, including: Office Support Assistants, Administrators, Personal Assistants, Website Technicians, Sales & Marketing Executives, Wages Clerks and Teaching Assistants Listed below are some of the areas that could be covered as part of this framework: • Using office software • Data and entry management • Internet and email communications • Recording and editing audio and video clips • Using customer relationship management software • Using computer accounting or payroll software • Spread sheets and databases • Preparing presentations or hand outs Framework: • Level 2 Diploma in IT User Skills (Application Specialist) Additional Mandatory Framework Requirements: • Functional Skills in Maths, English & IT • PLTS • Employment Rights & Responsibilities *16-18 Fully funded, 19+ Co funded Get Trained, Get Paid, Get Qualified!
