Home Made Extra [High Fruit Content] Jam
All of our Extra Jams are made in the traditional way; hand stirred in open pans. We only use the best, freshest, locally grown and picked in-season fruits and British sugar; our jams only contain fruit (usually more than 55%), and sugar - nothing else. Why? Because you can taste the difference... Available in 4oz. (145g), 8 oz. (220g) and 12 oz. (340g). If you crave a jam your mother or grandmother used to make, if we can source a recipe and the fruit, we are happy to produce unusual or hard to get jams in small quantities; please contact us to discuss your requirements, without obligation.
