Jelly Jams represent a large part of our range; Jelly Jams are clear and smooth in texture, and can be used either sweet - on toast, like jam - or savoury, as a complement to cooked meat or cheese, added to sauces, gravies or even ice-cream. Our Extra (fruit) Jelly Jams are made from fresh, locally grown, in-season fruit and contain up to 95% fruit. Like our Extra Jams, we only put fruit and sugar in to our Jelly Jams - nothing else. Why? Because you can taste the difference... If you crave a specific Jelly Jam, that your mother or grandfather used to make, provided we can get the fruit - we are pleased to produce small quantities of your chosen Jelly, to order, in small quantities.
