We specialise in the production of high quality, Home Made Extra Jams, Extra Jelly Jams, Marmalades, Chutneys, Sauces and Fruit vinegars. We also produce Free Range, Rare Breed pork, sourced from our herd of Oxford Sandy & Black pigs; Probably the best sausages in Felsted! Meat is usually available frozen at the door, or fresh - to order. We accept pre-orders for specific cuts or larger quantities. Free Range eggs are also available, at the door.
