'Joy' - Weekend Yoga Retreat
Join Beyond Sound Yoga for our weekend yoga retreat - 'Joy'! The setting for our retreat is beautiful Witherdens Hall - surrounded by stunning Kent countryside and ideally situated close to Canterbury, as well as the Kent coast and the ancient town of Sandwich. The local area boasts superb facilities and places of historical interest. During this weekend we will explore the joy residing within ourselves through yoga, meditation, discussion and fun! The price includes beautiful single/twin room accommodation, two Organic, FairTrade breakfasts, three nutritious, organic, vegetarian meals (all dietary special needs catered for), four 90 minutes yoga classes, one mini-workshop on 'Joy, a 'secret' meditation and lots of surprises!
