Cleartech Group Ltd provide services in three main categories, which are: HVAC Commissioning, Water Treatment and L8 Compliance. The services within HVAC Commissioning include: air system balancing, hydraulic water system balancing, VAV system testing, commissioning management and project management support, environmental testing, RPZ valve commissioning, O&M Manuals, pre-start site surveys and commissionability audits, demonstration to the accepting authority, domestic water system balancing and TMV validations and set up. In terms of water treatment, Cleartech Group Ltd can provide chlorination of water systems, such as: disinfection of mains cold water lines, tanks and domestic water services and chlorination and disinfection of hot and cold water services pipework using injection pumps. As well as this, Cleartech also specialise in pre-commission chemical cleaning. Cleartech Ltd engineers are also qualified to carry Legionella Risk Assessments which include a full report on how to minimise the risk of Legionella bacteria contaminating your water systems.
