Water Treatment, HVAC Commissioning and L8 Compliance

From the smallest client to our large multi-national clients, our aim is to provide a level of expertise, both onsite and from our head office in East Kilbride, that will ensure total client satisfaction. Cleartech are full members of the Legionella Control Association (LCA). Our mission is to ensure our clients are fully aware of and in total compliance with all legislative requirements. Our HVAC commissioning services include: air system balancing, hydraulic water system balancing, VAV system testing, environmental testing, commissioning management and project management support, RPZ valve commissioning and pre-start site surveys and commissionability audits. Our chlorination services include: new build and fit out water system chlorination, chlorination and disinfection of mains cold water lines, cold water storage tanks and domestic water services, as well as, risk assessments issued prior to works commencing, pre-start sit surveys carried out free of charge and independent potable water sampling tested by UKAS laboratories. We also provide further water treatment services, such as: chemical cleaning of building water systems and pre-commission cleaning of pipework, dosing of speciality water treatment chemicals, monitoring of closed loop heating and chilled systems and side steam filtration and dirt removal of closed circuit heating. Furthermore, we also specialise in L8 compliance and are able to conduct Legionella risk assessments
