Legionella Risk Assessment

If you own a property then you are not fully operating within the law until you have had a Legionella risk assessment conducted on your property. Our City & Guilds qualified risk assessor will come to your property and assess the likelihood of your water systems containing the lethal Legionella bacteria. They will then supply you with a risk assessment document, which includes; site survey data and asset register, observations with photographic evidence, a property risk rating, recommendations to reduce the risk, a schematic drawing of the water system, a Legionella monitoring regime and Legionella and microbiological analysis.
