Runflat tyres
Runflat tyres are specialist tyres mostly fitted to BMW's, Mini's, Lexus & Fords.  Not all tyre depots or garages can deal with these difficult tyres, but we at Hometyre can, we have state of the art tyre fitting machines in our vans, that enable us to work with these tyres.We can also get the correct tyres for your vehicle, so if you want Runflats with the BMW mark on them, then just ask.If you have runflats fitted to your vehicle, then you will generally not have a spare tyre and will rely on the tyre pressure monitoring system to warn you of any loss of air.  So please remember to set your pressure monitoring system. Also you still need to check your tyres regularly and top up the air, as the warning system on some vehicles only comes on when you have lost 10 PSI or more.Due to the design of runflats, they are not made to be repaired if you get a puncture.
