18" Mini Runflat
Called out to a lady in distress, with a 3" nail right through her Minis tyre. These were big runflats on a Mini with 18" rims.  Soon had her back on the road. Any car fitted with Runflats should also have a tyre presure monitoring system, to warn of an air pressure decrease.  In the case of a mini, this system needs to be re-set once a tyre has been changed.
