Horsetrailer tyres

01/01/1970

Do you own a horsetrailer?  Have you had its tyres checked or changed regularly? You carry a very valuable horse, which if there were a blowout could be hurt, causing large vet bills. Is it worth it? Horsetrailer tyres should be changed around every 5 to 7 years even if the tread is still good, as the tyres side walls deteriorate due to them standing for long periods in the same position. We can supply and fit commercial tyres, 8 ply tyres or reinforced tyres depending on what is recommended for your horsetrailer. Depending on size we can even fit tyres to Horseboxes as well.If in doubt call us at hometyre for some advice.
