This package is ideal for couples who have either started the planning process and then need some extra support closer to the event or for those who only need help in certain areas of the planning. After your free Consultation you can then pick and choose which areas you would like support in.* Over-all design, style and theme ideas ** Creating and managing the budget ** Venue search ** Supplier searches ** Guest management *(sourcing, & where necessary creating invitations & other stationary plus tracking R.S.V.Ps)* Organisation of stag & hen nights(& bridal shower) ** Final liaison with the venue/s and all suppliers ** Creation of itineraries for all parties ** Assistance with decorating the venue/s ** On the Day Co-Ordination (including an extensive emergency kit) ** After care until you return from your honeymoon* The Part Co-Ordination package price includes a £250 charge for "On the Day Co-Ordination" and then "Support Sessions" charged at £30 per hour...you also recieve a complimentary visit to your chosen venue/s.
