On the Day Co-Ordination
If you have got everything planned yourself but you then decide you need extra support on the day iself, then from dawn till dusk my extensive emergency kit and I can be there to ensure everything runs smoothly by liaising with the venue/s and suppliers, keeping everyone on track with personalised itineraries and to handle anything un-expected that might occur. This package includes a complimentary visit to your chosen venue/s and then on the day co-ordination between the hours of 8am and 8pm, this is charged at £250 (extra hours are then charged at the current "Support Sesseion" hourly rate.)
