Scheme Development and Planning We develop the design with your input and feedback to produce the required information for a planning submission. We undertake all statutory planning works, as well as providing advice on construction design management (CDM). If other consultants are required to produce information to accompany your planning application, we will obtain quotes for your approval and liaise with the consultants. Once the planning application has been submitted we will monitor the application and liaise with your local planning authority.
