Tender to Completion
After the plan check element of the building control approval has been granted, we will produce a detailed package of information to tender projects and allow the contractor to fully understand the detail and finishes of your home. After we have discussed and agreed with you how best to procure your project, we then either tender your project to several contractors or negotiate build prices with a single contractor. Once the contractor has been appointed we manage the relationship between you and your contractor while the project is on site by administering the contract throughout the construction and by seeing the project through to completion, when we will ensure that the building has been built to your requirements.
