Building Regulations and Design
Once planning has been achieved, we begin work on your detailed drawings including itemised notes and specifications on how the building is to be built. These drawings identify the construction methodology to be used and detail the design to comply with all relevant Building Regulations and any other statutory requirements. We have a structural engineering department that carries out the structural design and calculations for the project to ensure an integrated approach to the architecture and structure of your project.
