The birth of your baby is an exciting and challenging time, whether you are a first time parent or have done it all before! At Bumps, babycare and beyond we understand that this can also be very daunting, both from our professional and personal experience! We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and our courses are run by qualified midwives. We offer sessions in small groups of between 2 and 8 couples (or individuals). We can also put together tailor made sessions in your own home. Our evidence-based information, humour and our invaluable tips will help you prepare for the adventure of parenthood. We provide a relaxed environment with plenty of opportunity to discuss any fears or questions you might have. Our courses are suitable for first time parents, old hands, couples or single mums. Topics include: knowing when you are in labour; coping with labour and childbirth; pain relief options; feeding and caring for your new baby, life after childbirth.
