Join us for a one day class in a small group at the beautifully refurbished Happy Baby Nursery in Headingley. Price just £85 per couple. This can mean any kind of expectant couple - e.g. mum and dad-to- be or mum-to-be plus birth partner. The course covers topics such as, what to expect in labour, choices in labour, pain relief and coping options and caring for your newborn.
