Producing Human Health Impact Assessments as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment requirement
Large Planning Applications which are required to produce an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) require as part of that process a Human Health Impact Assessment. I have provided such assessments for a number of planning applications which have been very large and/or had the potential to cause significant adverse impacts on their respective local communities without the incorporation of robust mitigation strategies.
