As property owners or agents it is now YOUR responsibility to ensure that an adequate assessment has been done on the risk of Legionella in any rented property when there is a change in tenancy and to ensure that the new tenant has been given a copy of the assessment and is fully informed about the risk. We are certificated to conduct Legionella Risk Assessments on properties within the UK.
