Wheel lock nut removal
If you have lost or broken your locking wheel nut removal socket, then don't panic, we at Hometyre carry a specialist tool that can remove all types of lock nut without damaging your alloys. We can remove McGard nuts, hardened nuts with revolving collars, domed nuts, Peugeot nuts & the spinning nuts used on Volvos and Fords. Some of my customers have been quoted between £125 & £400 to have their lock nuts removed, or some garages have quoted a minimum of 2 hours labour (At £85/hour). We will remove all 4 nuts for less than these prices. It is possible that we may not be able to remove your locknuts, if they have been greatly overtightened by an airwrench, but so far this year I have had a 100% success rate.
