Newark and Sherwood Concert Band is a thriving and busy band with regular attendance of about 40-50 members, You need to be of around Grade 5 standard, but there is no audition necessary. If you play a brass, woodwind instrument or tuned percussion, you will be very welcome to join us. We also have a Development Band for new and returning musicians of any age. There is a minimum G2 standard needed for this (not exams needed though) or you need to be making progress towards it.
