If you are staying at our Bed and Breakfast you can easily sign up for a rock climbing course or brush up on your Navigation skills. Tim also gives slide shows (prior arrangement necessary) at the Guesthouse about his trip to Everest with rare 360 degree panoramic summit footage. We are a Non smoking guesthouse.

Tim Mosedale is an Everest summiteer and Rock Climbing Instructor based in Keswick,Cumbria,The Lake District. For rock climbing instruction and courses from beginner to advanced climbers in single and multi pitch rock climbing. Instruction on how to climb, safe belay techniques, self rescue techniques, navigation courses, winter mountaineering and winter navigation. Rock climbing instructor Tim Mosedale is also a Himalayan Expedition Leader based in Keswick specialising in expeditions in Nepal, particularly Ama Dablam and Island Peak. Tim Mosedale is presently organising the next Ama Dablam expedition which will be in November 2008. There are also plans for another trip there in Autumn 2009 and 2010.
