My name is Kirsten Spencer and i am a fully qualified lactation consultant with 24 years neonatal nursing experience.My aim is to help mums overcome breastfeeding difficulties and stress and work alongside them and empower them to achieve their breastfeeding goals.I work privately offering a free initial telephone consultation followed by a home visit at a cost of £30 per hour plus travel costs if applicable . Breastfeeding is not simply about a baby receiving milk perfectly balanced for growth and development .or immunoglobulins and list of wonderful ingredients some as yet unknown . It is about a baby being in the natural , warm comforting enviroment that it is its mums arms . This is where mummys have the power to provide the optimum enviroment for a baby to achieve his or her potential in termsof physical , cerebral , social and psychological well being and can affect mum and baby for the rest of their lives. I try to educate parents in terms of the
