Oliver & Bird was born in 2004, out of a desire for the individual and authentic. Having studied, made, tasted and of course drunk, significant quantities of wine we at Oliver & Bird were left feeling that ubiquity and uniformity were the trends that endangered our drinking pleasure.We began by importing wines from small, family run producers in the Languedoc region of Southern France. Since this initial foray into the Languedoc Oliver & Bird have continued on our mission to visit the wine regions that we love, particularly in France and Italy, to import those wines that have the most personality and sense of place regardless of prevailing fashion or trend.Oliver & Bird works with some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the South West and now our portfolio is available for the off trade too for delivery within the UK.
