Plas-Y-Dderwen is a purpose built care home in the peaceful village of Johnstown near Carmarthen. We provide a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of support, from respite care to 24-hour nursing care and residential care, in addition to those living with physical disabilities. We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community.
