South Down "Modern" Trug
Our South Down Modern Trug has been made by our family for over 50 years and was designed by Dudley and Lawrence Hide who were given a Design Centre Award for their new Trug.  We now make them using the finest Finnish and Latvian Birch plys.  There are Garden Trugs (as shown), Flower Trugs (shallower) and a nice deep harvest Trug in our South Down Collection.  All woods come from sustainable forests in Europe, so be assured of our sustainability credentials!  Also come with handles and rims stained in many colours, or can be supplied stained all over.  Beautiful!
