PT-6910 at Mere Golf & Country Club, Cheshire
A new epos system at Mere Golf & Country Club in Knutsford, Cheshire, has streamlined operations, cutting service time by a third and making it easier for it to collect and use membership data. It installed 14 of Partner Tech's 15-inch PT-6910 touch screen terminals throughout its bars, restaurant, clubhouse, shop and conference and banqueting suites, including one outside at the members' bar on the golf course. "Using the PT-6910 epos system has enabled them to connect all areas of the business on one technology platform, allowing managers to track member spend across the venue," says Tim Van den Branden, managing director of Partner Tech UK. "This means they can continually review their offering based on the products customers are selecting and ultimately offer a more personalized service." The system was provided through reseller Odema and uses software designed and installed by club and foodservice specialist Jonas Computing. The club is investing in more terminals to support its £15million expansion which will include a new spa and resort hotel.
