Hi, my name is Kelly Rowley and I am a BACP Registered Counsellor based in Staffordshire. I am classed as a Pluralistic Counsellor which means that I don't really favour one type of therapy over another. I believe that there are different ways to treat different people, so when I see a client I try to find what will suit them in a Counselling session. You may benefit more from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), or you could prefer Systemic, Mindfulness, Person Centred, Existential, Psycho dynamic or even a mix of all (or some) of them. The important thing is, that you feel comfortable with me, the environment and the Therapy on offer. I have helped many clients through issues such as anxiety, stress, bereavement, trauma, relationship issues, abuse, eating disorders and much more. I work with male and female clients from adolescents through to elderly, from various cultural backgrounds, and of different sexual orientation. I offer a Free 20 minute consultation at my place of Business on Weston Road in Stafford (next to the Hospital), with no obligation to continue thereafter. I can even help to find a more suitable solution if you don't want to continue, so don't hesitate to ask.
