Business Strategy Plan
" Around eight years ago my company started losing market share at an alarming rate. We became aware that as a management team we were all optical professionals, none of us had ever had any formal management or marketing training. It became apparent that we needed external help, we selected Maria because as well as being a well recommended management consultant, she is a qualified dispensing optician. Over a period of some months, she helped us review our business model, identity what was working and what wasn't. We are now a smaller, leaner group of opticians. We are continually monitoring what our customers want and are constantly exploring new products and services. "
Personal Development
A week ago Five stars (really six if allowed). Coaching2Transform is a strong reason that I am moving forward in my inner strength and business. I've never worked with a coach but after this experience I absolutely understand what the standard of coaching and mentorship looks like. I have been able to work through some of my "stuff" that was holding me back individually and as an entrepreneur. I am more effective now. Thanks to Maria and Coaching2Transform. - Joy M (USA)
