The Engaging Diversity project investigated how new technology could enable large organisations in Wales to build understanding of diversity and create working environments that respect individual's differences The primary aim of the Engaging Diversity project was to develop, deploy and evaluate innovative approaches to raising awareness of diversity issues amongst large numbers of people at work The emphasis of the Engaging Diversity learning programme would be on engaging, empowering and energising people through consistent messages delivered over time
