IMTEC, a 3M Company's ILUMA™ CB CT Scanner is a cone beam computed tomography system that delivers high quality CT images for medical and dental clinicians. The basis of the ILUMA™ system is FlashCT technology, a proprietary software developed by HYTEC, Inc., of Los Alamos, NM which merged with IMTEC in 2007. Designed for ease of use, the ILUMA™ Scanner allows a clinician to reconstruct data an unlimited number of times after only one scan and produces less radiation than a CT scan
