I offer a tailored made rentals property inspection service, for Landlords who choose to manage their own properties and tenants. It can be from a simple property visit to a full inspection. All my services offer a full report on the condition of the property and how the tenants are using and keeping the property. This service starts from as little as £25 and can be carried out either quarterly, six monthly or yearly. Or even if you prefer as a one off. You know it makes sense to keep an eye on your investment property.
