My business is steadily building. I am finding Landlords are coming to me to inspect their properties after they have had a bad experience with tenants leaving the property in some discussing states, taps being left on, unclean, water leaks unreported, cables exposed, blocked drains etc. etc. all costing thousands of pounds to put right. If you manage your own property and before you have a bad experience with tenants I can inspect your property and report my findings back to you. Most of these landlords didn't know this was happening until either they or myself went in or the tenants left. A lot of landlords choose to leave their tenants alone if the rent is being paid but little do they know?????
