Patnick's Preserves is a small business producing fine jams, marmalades, jellies, chutneys and mustards to customers throughout the UK. Patnick's which is located in Par, was first established in 1996 in Truro and has 13 years experience in the Preserving business. Patnick's has won several awards, gold, silver and bronze. Sue Coles purchased Patnick's in 2006, and won a gold award, for Kea Plum Jam, in 2007. All of the products are handmade, in the traditional way in open pans. Small batches are only made at a time. Artificial colours, flavourings, preseratives or sweeteners are never usedPatnick's Preserves has a group of customers, based throughout the UK, including farm shops, deli's, hotels, Kingsley village, The Eden Project etc. Patnick's manufactures top quality preserves, uses local produce whenever possible, and fresh from the garden. Patnick's uses high quality ingredients and believe that the best produce should be used according to the time of year. The wide range reflects the changing seasons. The careand expertise that go into making Patnick's Preserves result in full, naturalflavours which are impossible to reproduce with modern methods
